Will prosecutors be preparing charges for the producers of the show? If not (and I assume not), then it's a set-up.
What do you think the set-up supposed to accomplish?
To reinforce in the minds of the German public the severe consequences for publicly questioning the official Holocaust narrative. I don't see any way that the producers could have been unaware of the likely outcome of her appearance, especially given her past convictions.

They will try but this time around, Frau Haverbeck has media on her side. Ernst was ahead of his time. The Frau is right here at the right time and is a grandmotherly type, what sort of a threat is that?

that it blows up in their faces ,hopefully people are smart enough to recognize people capable of such draconian crackdowns on free speech and civil rights
are capable of much more, hopefully enough people will be able to see the hypocrisy for what it is this time that there will finally be some backash
