The slimeball plagiarized the entire thing from Eustis Mullins.

He also got his facts completely wrong! i.e. They did NOT send all the congressmen and senators home and then rush the bill through at xmas time as claimed by ED the fraud! It was voted on and passed by a full senate and congress. This myth is retold so many times. Ed does the "truth" movement no good with his wild claims.

Much of the facts about the Fed were in the public domain from as early as 1914. These could be found especially in economic journals and books on the history and practice of central banking. An excellent book from 1934 and published decades before the one from Mullins is The Federal Reserve Act: Its Origin and Problems by J. Laurence Laughlin It can be read here: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015004029271&view=1up&seq=32

As for Griffin, he's just another crank from Lew Rockwell's Mises Institute for Crooks and Shysters.
