Halloween trick-or-treating postponed

Many municipalities in Québec and the USA have annulled Halloween for tonight.  

Apparently parents are too stupid to decide if their children should go out tonight because it's going to rain. We need big brother to tell us that for our own safety. ROFL.

P.S. Halloween is no longer PC so...
