Holding Your Position And Rights, Knowing Public From Private (crrow777)

We speak many words each day but most of us were never taught the actual (in use now) meaning of them. Many of the things we say mean the exact opposite of what we have intended to say. Until an effort is made to re-learn that words have meaning, being treated as lost at sea in the public realm will continue. It is possible to hold your position as a living being with all the rights you have always had if you understand who and what you are – and – how to defend what is rightly yours. Your status as living and the rights of the living are under attack each day in this death-based corporate system. The time is now for the living to live out loud and to protect and defend the divine spark granted to each of us. Silence and inaction are tacit permission. Stand or fall, the culling is upon us and will happen in the public realm, in the form of offers – most likely.

There'll be ample time to discuss semantics in the Gulags. So, sure, just go out in public and "live out loud" because you and your "divine spark" will certainly be fast-tracked to a God-less Gulag.

And if, dear Americans, you think 60 million gun owners will prevent overflowing Gulags, ask yourself how many of those 'freedom-oriented' millions are wearing masks and scorning those who aren't? Which way do you think their guns will pointing when push comes to shove? When vaccine resistance threatens community well-being?

I am living out loud, Exactly! We are already living in a Godless gulag.I don't want to die but I'm not afraid of death.

The show was interesting and had a good discussion on jurisdiction I thought. In fact, I found in the Court of Queens Bench act of Manitoba what he was talking about.

Rules of law and equity

33(3)

The court shall administer concurrently all rules of equity and the common law.

Rules of equity to prevail

33(4)

Where a rule of equity conflicts with a rule of the common law, the rule of equity prevails.

A very interesting show for me. The guy obviously knows his stuff, but the reality is, it's a complicated version of the names game, which is the ultimate remedy, and, simplicity itselt. Or,I stand to be corrected!

It's so fuckin frustrating.
