@Brizer, these are private companies trying to issue fines.It's outside the scope/jurisdiction of government offences within an "act" that people contract into with their signature.It only proves that MacDonald's has no authority/jurisdiction to issue fines.Most people already knew this. In Canada if you do as you suggest with a motor vehicle act offence it will result in your inability to renew your licence/insurance. So prepare yourself to come up with a a second plan to deal with being a free man that has a right to travel. without a license/insurance.
