Noticed both Fetz & Giuseppe (maybe Scorp too but I missed it?) are still committing the sin of butchering Dr. Carrie's family/surname.
In one of her recent interviews the hostess kindly asked Carrie how to pronounce it.
She said it's MAH-day with stress on the first syllable MAH.
Separately, Scorp I was always curious re where u are in Ecuador -- or really, if you care to share - do u happen to be in the beautiful expat enclave of Vilcabamba?
Must be a ~decade ago now I happened to catch a sales pitch from Mike "Heath Ranger" Adams, 30-45 mins maybe, re how rainbows-&-unicorns everything is there. I think it was only later I learned he'd bought a pretty big chunk of land there which he was selling out in parcels, obv targeting expats with big Western $ burning a hole in their pockets.
Anywho u often share stories of ur confrontations w other, face-diaper wearing expats, & I ask myself, where's all his run ins w the Ecuadorians?!
