Texas and Florida, we are told at least, are open for business...as usual. So is South Dakota, I believe, and other places I don't know about. So now that they're back to filling hockey stadiums with dumbass sheep and beer-guzzling ostriches, the other states are jealous and envious. ("Blondes have more fun".)
