I suspect zap has been doing this so long and generally knows the score in many areas. This can make turning this stuff out day after day a little monotonous. On top of that, it's not a good paying job! I totally get why zap takes a break. Most of what he does goes uncompensated.

My father was an alcoholic, became one in the USAF O-club back in the day of hard drinking fighter pilots. My best friend from childhood became an alcoholic. At first it was funny, then tedious and finally intolerable. In and out of rehab. I tried to rekindle our friendship a few years ago but it was a bad experience, dropped him off at a bus stop and never saw him since. These people develop excuses and cope mechanisms and project blame. Couple with the physical damage to the brain. Frankly I now have no use for such, no sympathy, no patience.
We all have our weaknesses, don't we Panzerfaust? If we were perfect we would not have had to come back to this insane asylum. I think I agree with the guy who said babies cry at birth because they know at that instant, that they are back here again :)
