MONTREAL - Adult Quebecers who refuse to be vaccinated against COVID-19 will be forced to pay a “significant” financial penalty, Premier Francois Legault said Tuesday, one day after the sudden resignation of the province's public health director.
The penalty would be the first of its kind in Canada and would apply to unvaccinated residents who don't have a medical exemption, Legault told reporters in Montreal. The “health contribution” is necessary, he said, because about 10 per cent of adult Quebecers aren't vaccinated, but they represent about half of all patients in intensive care.
“I think right now, it's a question of fairness for the 90 per cent of the population who made some sacrifices - I think we owe them this kind of measure,” Legault said, adding that the unvaccinated should be forced to pay for the extra burden they are placing on the health-care system. Source

In my opinion this is yet another shade of a free chicken burger. It's desperation and a ruse. Secondly, if you want to be part of the system and get benefits, remember, you have obligations. When you accept being the legal fiction in whichever statute you contracted into you are bound by your contractual obligations.
The only real hope is that we stop identifying and Canadians or Quebecois, Manitobans etc.There is no constitution and the provinces never confederated. You can't have a federal gov't w/out a federation. Ask your MP, "when did the provinces form a union?" What the bullshit fly. For "Canadians" to walk away from the corporate federal or provincial citizen takes some stones and awareness.
I'm still unemployed with no employment insurance. This is going to get more fucked up soon. In my opinion they are poised to throw most of the government under the bus and the UN will bring in their government crypto currency and be telling us that we are all on native land. However they will forgive our mortgages as long as we understand that we forfeit ownership/title and will not be able to will it forward. Guess how many would be just fine with that?
