I would be very careful with "mudflood" and "tartaria" narrative, which seamlessly integrates in flat erf retardation. That said, there was a high civilization before last ice age, but "Tartarian mud flood"? Nope.
Are you saying, the massive megalithic structure left were built with copper tools and ropes and pulleys? Frankly, that would be absurd, given some of these stones have a weight of or exceeding 1000 tons, let alone precision tool marks left. For comparison, it take a modern ship yard crane to lift about 1000 tons, ignore the stone quarry very far away, and the material, the type of stones used. The very hard material in combination of shielding material gives a hint how it was constructed and possible functionality.
