The French word "louche" which Rense is mentioning is more commonly used to say that something is suspect, shady.
Jim Scott at least is someone who says it instead of praising Elon Musk, he is bringing a dark technocracy, imho a version with people being in illusions like with the smartphone they dont even notice anything but want to keep it out of convinience, agenda 2030 and everyone will love it.
