Justice isn't simply legality.
A humane society should be judged by questions like:
Can ordinary people build a decent life?
Can they raise children without crushing anxiety?
Can they care for their elders with dignity?
Can they own the fruits of their labour?
Can they understand the systems governing them?
Can they meaningfully participate in shaping those systems?
If the answer increasingly feels like "no," then people begin to lose faith—not just in politicians or policies, but in the moral legitimacy of the arrangements themselves.
We already possess the knowledge, skills, and productive capacity to ensure that men, women, and children can live with dignity
when abundance coexists with widespread insecurity, people eventually start asking whether the systems designed to provide order have forgotten their original purpose: to serve human beings rather than requiring human beings to serve them.

Who do you think they are as it relates to the "body politic" that accepts their Birth Certificate, Courts can not interface with Men and Women, only PERSONS! This is a fundamental truth of how the system works! In America the Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company was a pivotal case. Go down that rabbit hole. Research it yourself. It was an instrumental case that created an overlay of the corporation and created the 14th amendment citizen - overlay complete. It ended up limiting the rights of Men and Women. They unknowingly became legal fiction corporate persons. Courts today only recognise persons. Money is debt, it can only discharge debt, it has no real value.
