These are the adjectives some officials in Washington are using to describe the Leak of details concerning sweeping surveillance of Americans by the NSA. Effectively, your own government criminalises the leaking of such information, because "You don't need to know".

Florida Governor Has Sheriff Arrested, Removed From Office for Allowing Concealed Carry

Well this is certainly an interesting case. Apparently Florida Governor Rick Scott has named a new interim sheriff for Liberty County, FL after the current sheriff was arrested for releasing a man who was arrested for carrying a concealed handgun without a license.

Sheriff Nick Finch has declined to comment on his arrest. His attorney, Jimmy Judkins, released the following statement:

“The records at the jail show exactly what happened in this case and the records speak the truth. The sheriff looked at the facts and said ‘I believe in the second ammendment and we’re not going to charge him.’ That is not misconduct at all. That is within the Sheriff’s perogative whether to charge someone or not.”

U.S. Appeals Judge Accused after speaking truth others dare not mention.

A group of civil rights organizations and legal ethicists filed a complaint of misconduct against a senior federal judge on Tuesday, alleging that recent remarks of hers showed bias against minority groups and an inappropriate religious belief in the death penalty.
She said that blacks and Hispanics were more prone than others to commit violent crimes, and that a death sentence was a service to defendants because it allowed them to make peace with God. (refreshingnews)
