Putting these figures in perspective then, for every black killed by a white police officer in the U.S. every year, there are about 71 blacks killed by other blacks. Worse, if you take—on average—6,200 black-on-black murders every year for the past 35 years, you arrive at a staggering 232,000 blacks killed by other blacks on America’s mean streets in just three-and-a-half short decades. The problem, of course, is that this grim statistic will never be mentioned by Al Sharpton, the liberal media or any of the other race baiters out there, who are busy pointing the finger at racist white policemen killing “innocent, unarmed black children.”

America's continual aggression towards North Korea is not based on any alleged human rights abuses but rather becuase the nation is an openly declared enemy of the state of Israel, and has long been identified by the Jewish Lobby as a target for destruction along with Iraq, Iran and syria, an investigation by the New Observer has concluded. The American government immediately accused North Korea of being responsible for the hacking even though it borders on the absurd that any foreign government would want to hack Sony's emails - and threatened to place North Korea back on its list of state sponsored terror.

Ideas in article:
1 – The Big banks can tax deduct up to 75% of the fines given by the Justice Department (smaller banks up to 100%)
2 – The Justice Department gets a percentage of the fine in their “Working Capitol Fund” (their slush fund)
3 – The Justice Department is only prosecuting with civil suits and no criminal suits.

Are there actually incentives for larger and larger fines from the Justice Department and incentive for the banks to always settle out of court? Shure looks as though there might be!
