She emphasized that the US and its allies
“have to be tough, clear-eyed and ready to walk away and increase the
pressure if need be” and stressed that “no deal is better than a bad
deal.”
Clinton said that she was personally
“skeptical that the Iranians will follow though and deliver” a
satisfactory solution, but said that despite her apprehensions, the
current talks are “a promising development, and we need to test it to
see what can be achieved.”
Should talks fail, she warned, “the onus is on
the Iranians” and “there will be room to restore the crippling
sanctions in the future.” But even if a deal will be achieved, she said,
“Iran’s support for terrorism and its aggressive behavior in the region
remains a threat for ourselves and our allies.”

A few years back, Harvard conducted a study to
reiterate what many in the psych professionals already know – Americans
are addicted to anti-depression meds. We (though not myself) pop
Prozac, Celexa, Effexor, Paxil, and Zoloft pills like they are candy in
an attempt to boost mood and feel better. The increase in sales of
anti-depressants is up a startling 400%. This
pill-popping became the norm, even though clinical studies suggest
there are numerous natural remedies that can help us feel better,
without the pricey and life altering side-effects that many of these

The controversial High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP)
is scheduled to be dismantled this summer after more than 20 years
since its creation in 1993.
The Anchorage Daily News reports that
the $300 million HAARP could be taken over by the University of Alaska,
which jointly funded the program along with the Air Force, the Navy,
and the Defense Research Projects Agency (DARPA), but hasn’t yet
volunteered to cover the $5 million a year operation costs.

The 2014 Cross Examination Debate Association's national championship was held at Indiana University. The all African American female team from Towson University defeated the all African American male team from the University of Oklahoma. Though this my be a first for African American women, it is not a real win for women or African Americans, but a loss for collegiate debate specifically and America in general. I am not sure what the winners won, but it certainly wasn't a debate. In fact, to enable this hallow victory, the very concept of debate was thrown aside. In the name of political correctness and affirmative action, we have destroyed college debate, simply to bestow a meaningless trophy on students who demonstrate no actual debate skills. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. However it provides a shocking example as to why America is a nation in decline.
