Just playing Devil's advocate here again. I don't have good knowledge of US politics but isn't he just what's called a "phone-in" candidate ie. someone that's just running as an independent on a super low budget with f***all chance of getting in? I know that here just about anybody can run for government by simply paying a small fee & funding all your own advertizing (to whatever degree your personal budget allows) but unless you join one of the major parties with all their corporate backing you've got a shit show of getting anywhere.
"Self-funded" definitely does not equate to "having heaps of cash"!
Also, have you looked at his signs? Not exactly huge or super-professional and it doesn't look like he spent megabucks getting them made lol! Just saying :)
Again, if anyone has anything solid on this guy then it'd be good to see it so that people discussing the issue can be informed...
Please excuse my ignorance! I realized afterwards Ransdell is a "write-in" (not a phone-in!) candidate so I quickly looked that up on Weakopedia to start to get a grip on it's meaning...

This Randall guy seems pretty genuine. All of you arm chair activists( including me) disagree with him then get out and start doing it yourselves
