When a public figure is speaking, saying "we"- they're actually speaking in code to other "leaders" and men "behind the curtain." We, THE People think that they, in their benevolence, are speaking to us. We have a Soul and Spirit, and so, think these creatures are working for us. But, in truth, these "leaders" are communicating to each other, those there and those not there, watching on tv, their intents, their next step.
