The video seems to be from a different source which was probably higher in resolution. It seems to have been transcoded down to the same resolution as the original one but with a higher bit rate. The audio is slightly better too.
We are still left with the Hardcore Henry low resolution version.

@ Red Orchid. I just downloaded it successfully and apparently others did so too. The problem is on your end. Try a different browser, change your ip etc.
Yep slightly clearer images
No surprise that they have released another copy. The first edition was pre-recorded and judging by the wet Tarmac(it didn't rain that day) probably at least a week before. THE VIDEO WAS NOT STREAMED LIVE and was edited before it was released.
Missing shells is the least of the errors in this staged event.
Why does the proprietor of this website wish that the shooting was real???
It looks to me like someone just re-encoded the "updated" version at a much higher bitrate to make it look like there was a better version. I don't see much of a quality difference between the two. I have been working with video encoding since divx first came out. If the 540 kbps video was created from the 2500 kbps video then you would expect the 2500 kbps to be much better quality. The evidence suggests the opposite.
After looking at the slightly higher res version, you are able to see all the casings lying around with more detail, however if you switch back to smaller versions, the casings are still there, only this time you know what to look for
It's not really high res because the perpetrator only added 8 pixels to the vertical and horizontal and they used the smaller file as the source. You can't ever get better quality than what you started with, but you can re-encode something at a much higher bitrate and end up with something similar quality only extremely inefficient with space. That is what occurred here.
BTW, I got my copy from the Daily Stormer link right after the event. The file is named:
Streamed from my GoPro with https -_live4.io_v #LIVE4gopro-2350426065176752.mp4
And it is 64.8 MB
So there seems to be different versions going around. I have always been able to see the spent casings in this video.
After some digging around on the internet it seems that the 64.8 MB file with 493 kbps video and 648x360 res is the real original file.
Mami's "original file" seems to have 8 pixels on the horizontal and vertical removed (640x352)and re-encoded to 540 kbps.
Mami's "updated file" seems to keep the original resolution but re-encoded to 2500 kbps.
All three of these have what I would consider equal video quality. There just isn't much of a difference except in the efficiency of the encode.
Yeah. After comparing the three videos again, I have to say that I think that you are right. I guess I was hallucinating a better quality yesterday. lol.
Oh well.
