The Danger of Not Absorbing Fats... Essential Fatty Acids... EFAs...

There is such a thing as essential fatty acids, there is also such a thing as essential proteins, and amino acids... however, there is no such a thing as an essential carbohydrate... this is pretty key information...

He's got 2.8 million subs.

The only clue as to what foods might be high in fat is the photo at the beginning. That would be avocados, fish and nuts.

But it looks like what he'd like to sell you are is pills.

In less than 24 hours he has had 56,000 views, the ad I saw was Grammarly.

You-tube working for him.

I like avocados, it's probably thanks to people like him that they are so expensive.

Actually... in large part due to Dr. Berg's very helpful information, i've developed a pretty good knowledge base of how our bodies work and since implementing the ketogenic diet i've been reversing a plethora of issues that have been plaguing me for over a decade. Just my opinion, and i am entitled to it just as you are to yours... Dr. Berg has such a great following because he's earned it, people trust him, i trust him... and i sure didn't see him pinmping any supplements in his short, informative video, in fact, he seldom does. But by all means, let's all adopt the slave mentality that you can't do good in the world and make a living too.

Ground Control to Major Tom
Ground Control to Major Tom
Take your protein pills and put your helmet on
Ground Control to Major Tom (ten, nine, eight, seven, six)
Commencing countdown, engines on (five, four, three)
Check ignition and may God's love be with you (two, one, liftoff)

I can understand why astronauts would need protein pills, but here on earth perhaps just eating healthy food is what's needed. I don't know if Dr Berg has a line of pills, I think he may and a lot of people do take pills to supplement their diet.

"In 2013, the average cost per thousand (CPM) for YouTube was $7.60. CPM (cost per thousand) is an industry term that represents revenue per thousand views. In 2013, the average income for each YouTube content creator was $7.60 per every thousand views. A video with 500 views would have earned roughly $3.80. A video like Gangnam Style with a billion views would earn $7.8 million. Some videos earn a higher or lower than average rate depending on the video content. Videos containing copyrighted music do not earn revenue for the video creator, and some topics may not attract advertisers. Others have a strong draw from advertisers and drive up the CPM."

Question: I wonder how much You-tube makes for running 1,000 ads?

A reminder; those others doing good work on you-tube warning us about lies we are fed don't make anything and neither does you-tube.

Wanda, I hope whatever you do works for you, I regard you as a dear, truth-telling sister.
