There is such a thing as essential fatty acids, there is also such a thing as essential proteins, and amino acids... however, there is no such a thing as an essential carbohydrate... this is pretty key information...
Actually... in large part due to Dr. Berg's very helpful information, i've developed a pretty good knowledge base of how our bodies work and since implementing the ketogenic diet i've been reversing a plethora of issues that have been plaguing me for over a decade. Just my opinion, and i am entitled to it just as you are to yours... Dr. Berg has such a great following because he's earned it, people trust him, i trust him... and i sure didn't see him pinmping any supplements in his short, informative video, in fact, he seldom does. But by all means, let's all adopt the slave mentality that you can't do good in the world and make a living too.

I can understand why astronauts would need protein pills, but here on earth perhaps just eating healthy food is what's needed. I don't know if Dr Berg has a line of pills, I think he may and a lot of people do take pills to supplement their diet.

The only clue as to what foods might be high in fat is the photo at the beginning. That would be avocados, fish and nuts.
But it looks like what he'd like to sell you are is pills.
In less than 24 hours he has had 56,000 views, the ad I saw was Grammarly.
