I'm conflicted with this one, the cops were called in for a domestic violence and I believe that it gives them them probable cause to detain and possibly arrest. Now these cops could of handled this better and probably would have if the guy would have acted like an adult, instead of poking a camera in their face and acting like a punk ass kid. Ground broken on $3.4 billion Homeland Security complex

The project will bring together more than 15,000 employees now scattered in 35 offices in the region, placing them on a 176-acre campus strewn with historic buildings in a long-neglected corner of Washington, five miles from the Capitol building.
