Jury awards Sandy Hook father $450,000 for defamation by local conspiracy "terrorist"
A Dane County jury on Tuesday decided
a village of Oregon conspiracy theorist must pay the father of a boy
killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook shootings $450,000 for falsely claiming
that the father circulated fabricated copies of his son’s death
certificate.
It took the jury nearly four hours to decide on the amount James Fetzer must pay Leonard Pozner, whose son, Noah, 6, was the youngest victim of the Dec. 14, 2012, massacre in Newtown, Connecticut. The award follows Circuit Judge Frank Remington’s ruling in June that Fetzer defamed Pozner with four false statements about the death certificate. The statements appeared in a book Fetzer co-authored and edited, and in his blog.
In his own statement after the jury delivered its decision, Pozner thanked the jury “for recognizing the pain and terror that Mr. Fetzer has purposefully inflicted on me and on other victims of these horrific mass casualty events, like the Sandy Hook shooting,” and emphasized that his case was not about First Amendment protections.
“Mr. Fetzer has the right to believe that Sandy Hook never happened,” he said. “He has the right to express his ignorance. This award, however, further illustrates the difference between the right of people like Mr. Fetzer to be wrong and the right of victims like myself and my child to be free from defamation, free from harassment and free from the intentional infliction of terror.”

Real History Revealed: The Truth About The October 1970 FLQ Crisis In Quebec Canada - A Carefully Prepared Plot!
As a student of REAL history, and not the bullshit that is presented in
our so called "history books", I am always searching for the real truths
in regards to what REALLY happened in our past and especially what
really happened around the world in the last century.... I have already
done a lot of due diligence in revealing the real truths behind the wars
of the 20th century and exactly WHO is responsible for all of that
death and destruction around our planet.... And I have no qualms in
exposing the real truths, no matter how harsh and unsettling they may be
at times!
As a Canadian, I have always wondered for the last several decades as to exactly what in the hell happened back in 1970, in the Canadian province of Quebec, in regards to the so called "October Crisis" or what is also known as the "FLQ Crisis".....It has been so surprising to find out a few decades ago for myself that the Canadian criminal "Intelligence" service (Spy service) known as "CSIS" purposely kept their entire "dossier" on that crisis under wraps on orders by then Prime Minister of Canada, Pierre Eliot Trudeau... And then equally surprising, ALL of the government files on the truth behind the FLQ crisis were "mysteriously" destroyed in 1989 on orders from the then Mulroney government! And the news of that destruction was purposely kept away from the Canadian public, which leads to my question of "WHY"? And what was the Canadian Federal Government covering up that they wanted buried?....
Which leads me to a most interesting article that I recently discovered from a Canadian online website known as the Canadian Patriot, which can be found at www.canadianpatriot.org..... This article is entitled: "The October Crisis Of 1970: A Carefully Prepared Plot!" and is a must see by everyone, and especially my fellow Canadians, to understand the diabolical underhandedness that occurred before and during the so called 1970 FLQ Crisis.... Here is that article, and I do have further information to follow:

Farewell Love-Letter from Jasper & Update on the “War Zone”

Such a sweet and loving letter was sent to me just days before I moved out of that fairy-tale town called Jasper, that I thought I should share it with you all. I picked up a pile of mail from my post box on my way out, and the return address and name did not even tweak on me at first – it just remained in a small pile with other mail for a few days before I even opened it.
After finally getting around to reading it, well then the little play on words on the envelope dawned on me.
