CAA claims ownership of my intellectual property
Commitment and sacrifice are the same thing. Committing oneself to the revisionist cause is perforce a self-sacrificial act, especially in countries where expression of doubt or non-belief of proven lies is unlawful. In the UK, however, revisionism is not unlawful, despite wishful thinking on the part of many of my accusers.
To recapitulate: militant Zionist NGO, Campaign Against Antisemitism, CAA, brought a private prosecution against me for a video I had originally uploaded outside English jurisdiction. After taking over and discontinuing CAA’s private prosecution, the Crown Prosecution Service, CPS, then brought two pairs of charges against me for a video containing two of my songs, (((Survivors))) and Nemo’s Antisemitic Universe in a video of a live performance of my show, Tell Me More Lies, originally uploaded to the London Forum YouTube channel, September 2016. A third charge was added for a third song, I Like the Story as it is – SATIRE, in 2017.

I did my best to adjust the volume variations. If you listened to it live you will notice that this is much better. It turns out the noise gate was the culprit that night. If your player has an audio compressor, use it. I use the one in VLC and that way it sounds as if BB9 never had a problem that night. I also edited out most of the boring "is my audio ok" comments at the beginning of the show and shortened some long pauses.

Tuesday was the final day of Jim Fetzer’ defense against Lenny Pozner’s libel lawsuit. I attended and wrote up a “just the facts” report that evening. At almost the same moment I published my report, the jury came back with a verdict awarding more than half a million dollars to Lenny “Jim Fetzer gave me PTSD” Pozner.
Now it’s time for an opinion piece. And as much as I sympathize with Mr. Pozner, assuming his account is accurate, my opinion is that Jim Fetzer got a raw deal…and that the reverberations of this case will be disastrous unless it is overturned.

U.S. Army Receives First Delivery of Israeli-Made Active Protection System
According to an industry announcement last week, the U.S. Army has received its first delivery of the Israeli-made Trophy Active Protection System (APS), which the Army plans to install on many of its M1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks to protect them against incoming rockets and missiles. The shipment represents the latest example of the Department of Defense expeditiously acquiring cutting-edge Israeli technology to address urgent operational threats, thereby buying time for the development of a domestic U.S. capability.
