Spingola Speaks 2013.12.31

Guest: The Genocide Treaty threatens US Constitutional sovereignty, as the Constitution states that when America makes an international treaty, it takes precedence over the nation’s internal laws. The US Supreme Court has never defined any treaty signed by the United States government unconstitutional. This is because the US Constitution yields our national laws to the agreements US officials make with other nations.
Essentially, foreign powers are devising the regulations and domestic laws applicable to American citizens who commit crimes in their own country. For the first time in American history, an international treaty now adjudicates domestic law that may incarcerate American citizens.

Wishing You And Yours A Healthy, Enjoyable, Safe And Productive 2014! Happy New Year!

I think the whole Us stroy of malmedy is a hoax. The Germans did not anything wrong. They did not kill the prisoners unless they did not try to flee. There were no orders of illegal killings. If somebody has told otherwise, this must hav been told to a Kangaroo court

You can always gather corpses after days of fighting and tell anything You can about them. Mos of them probably died during the battle. Some soldiers have told about prisoners who try to escape and some of them have lifted guns again and started shootig.
