Black were barred from marrying Germans (Nuremberg race laws) and no Black immigration was allowed. We're talking about 20,000 Blacks from former German colonies. Germany was racist but reasonable as well. Blacks weren't killed just because but certainly it wasn't multiculti.
The explanation given for point 23 is incorrect. Prostitution was not 'banned for good'. Nearly every major city in the Reich had a designated red light district with a legal brothel. My source for this is none other than 'The Goebbels Diaries 1942-1943'. Goebbels even contemplates setting up a similar spot in Berlin, the capital. His reasoning was that 'morals' in the sexual realm just cannot be COMPLETELY regulated, as it goes too strongly against human nature. However, he viewed it as a delicate matter that had to be approached very carefully. In other words, it should be somewhat clandestine, preferably as much out of the view of the general 'respectable' public as possible.
