Rense says that Christine Blasey Ford was speaking "in the moment" as if she was speaking as her 15 year old self. If that was true, then she would have been speaking in the way that 15 year old girls spoke in 1982, not the way 15 year old girls speak today. She wasn't just using a baby voice, she was clearly speaking with the uptalk and vocal fry that is so common with millennial females today.
