Bananas are basically a "sugary starch stick" so there is no surprise there. However, I do wonder if the test was skewed because of possible aspartame in the chocolate bar.
There is a lot more to fruit than just fructose. They are rich in vitamins and antioxidants. I have a close relative that eats a banana every morning, played tennis until his 80s, and is now in very good condition going on age 101. All these diets saying one thing or another whether its low carbs or no fruit or whatever are just fads that die out. So pump yourself up with vitamin d, eat lots of meat, no carbs, no fruit, and watch your brain shrink while fighting cancer and suffering a heart attack by age 40. Hey, at least you'll be popular on youtube.

Today I was at the drugstore to buy bleach and I saw a ridiculous amount of people waiting to get a flu shot. Brainwashed idiots and they pay for it too.
I also noticed that they were all White folks...Infuriating.
