A few thoughts: Shielding. Some earthed metal mesh or plate on the inside of the wall perhaps? Magnets. You can but some very powerful magnets these days! Don't know how they might affect electronic equipment if placed nearby. EMP generator. Not hard to make apparently. You are perfectly legally allowed to mess about with such legal devices in the priv cy of your own home surely?
