Branded “insane” for questioning lack of evidence and laughing at lies

Interested readers can now view PDF documents of both last Monday’s Preliminary Ruling (regards “sending”, etc.) and Wednesday’s Judgement.

For those less inclined to wade through pages of text and case law quotations, certain paragraphs have been selected and reproduced below, with emphasis added.

Now I, in my previous gullible life, thought that judges were supposed to be objective. This judgement is purely subjective.

The judgement is supposed to be whether Alison caused three offences contrary to 271 (1) of the communications act 2003, not whether she is an 'antisemite or holocaust denier' which are not crimes in the Uk.

The whole judgement is tantamount to libel against Alison's character.
