Wow....Weber fell for the "Clinton balance the budget" BS. Sure. It balanced at the expense of SSI funds. Presidents before and after him did the same. But, tax revenue is fungible so there really is no money set aside for specific services. Trillions of dollars are hidden from us in thousands of State, Local, and Federal "Funds" and reported quietly in CAFRs. Budget deficits occur because budgets are set too low. Trillions of dollars come in from sources not openly reported - then invested....while we slide into third world shit hole country status.
