Jim plays this video from 3'44m to the 47'14m mark

Me thinks Bill Australia is the one who kept calling.
I rang a few times near the end with good reason (or maybe excuse, being a big honcho impersonator). The high temperature theory is wrong, as Jim admitted after the show when I got through, he had wondered why the un manned flights don't melt. It is because tempertaure is a measure the average kinetic energy of the molecules(so they say, I think it is all a bit funny boiling point). But in space there are few molecules, so not enough heat energy can be transfered to melt anything, it is cold with a high temperature! It is not my idea, I was watching a video on this that was like Jim, but someone in the comments knew the reality of the situation. See NASA knows at least one thing even if the forgot to how to go through the radiation belt https://spaceplace.nasa.gov/thermosphere/en/
... a bit fyunny after boiling point....at unit was an infinite series At = Bt2= Ct3... or something, didn't make sense to me
I was doing a job for an electrician and he didn't believe the moon land was a hoax but knew about the radaiation belt, "a bit". So when I got on the internet I looked it up. The earth's magnet field forms 2 or 3 belts of traped the sun radiation (varies, but this protects us). I know we didn't go to the moon, I did a job for a guy and his mate worked for the ABC(Aust) his mate said there was going to be a moon landing and it was all fake, I did a job for a lady and she said she saw the copy space capsule and it was amde out of cardboard (bit like Jim's tin foil), etc. They were celebrating 50 years of moon landing (bulldust), then the next thing on the news last night was climate change(real, always happening) caused by CO2 excess (bulldust).
This ‘vacuum of space’ thing doesn’t make a lot of sense. If ‘space’ was a vacuum, there would be no atmosphere on Earth (or any other body), there would be no ‘gas giants’ as any gas would explosively rush out into the vacuum. I just don’t see how gas-no barrier-vacuum is possible, yet every ‘scientist’ blithely goes along with it.
As for heat in space, what about the internal heat of any vessel? We’ve all used a vacuum flask at some point so understand the principle, yet on board ‘Apollo’ you had heat generated internally by three bodies plus all the electronics, so surely it would have just got hotter and hotter with no way for the heat to dissipate to the vacuum outside?
Like I say, none of it makes any sense.
