All paid for with debt - or anti money...fiat...which can be used to discharge a debt but never actually pay off or extinguish a debt. And so, we get what we paid for - deeds to properties where we are listed as tenants and registrations to vehicles that are owned by the state. What this means in practical terms, I cannot say. Other than confiscation for non payment of tax aka rent, of course. And the best fake democracy fake money can buy - if you can keep it.
