@ Liam Well considering that communitarian NGO's achieve "consensus" (actually a pre-determined outcome) via so-called citizen assemblies it would be a form of tacit consent. But the contract would be null and void as there is no full disclosure. But who will call that out at a citizens assembly? The simple remedy for me is to reserve all rights whenever communitarian law is ever enforced. Watch them put that in their communitarian pipe and smoke it lol!

When Brizer FIRST started to mention "communitarianism" ... I thought that He was "under-the-influence-of-a-Cult" ;-)
