James Henry Fetzer (born December 6, 1940) is a philosopher of science and conspiracy theorist. Since the late 1970s, Fetzer has worked on assessing and clarifying the forms and foundations of scientific explanation, probability in science, philosophy of mind, and philosophy of cognitive science, especially artificial intelligence and computer science.

Yeah. I don't always listen to the shows live but I got caught up in this one mostly because of Alison. I nearly wrote in the presentation that this was a good one. Now I wish I had because Alison commented here.
BTW. Sorry about misspelling your name. In French, Maynard is Ménard. Jim is a cool dude but often doesn't tell us who his guests are and does not pronounce the names right. It often takes me 15 minutes to find the name and or site of the guest. Hell, last week it took me half an hour for one of the guest.
Anyway. Name corrected and link to the blog added.

Fetzer was correct when he stated that no one was phoning in, due to the flow of information, and did not care to interrupt.
Between the two of you, there was little anyone else could have added, directly associated to the event, that either of you didn't know, thought, and or said.
Yes -- it was a good conversation.
