The only modern Constitution that even approximate the Common Law of England before the Normans, the ALLTHING of equal Councils, the Iroquois Councils - is the U.S. Constitution- in it's budded state. THe Declaration of Independence- stands in all its glory, and the Bill of Rights.
*Now I know why when the Brits invaded India, they gave preferred status to the islamic rulers - the Moghuls - of each Indian Province, OVER the Native Hindus.
