Neither did Hitler have any influence of Germany's reparations, those were halted by Thomas W. Lamont of JP Morgan & Co, along with the influence of both Montagu Norman (Governor of the Bank of England) and Hjalmar Schacht before Hitler was even in office.

The same time Hjmalar Schacht (head of the Reichsbank) made his public speeches against Hitler damaging the German economy. It later resulted in him being fired from his post.
