Hr Kevin eloquently explains the contrast between the Chinese and Western banking systems with a focus upon where the profits go in each instance. China plows it back into the country's infrastructure whereas the oligarchic western bankers skim it off into their personal accounts. He states this is why China threatens the west, I will add this is a repeat of NS Germany becoming a threat to the Jewish banking and investment structure in the 1930's.
