It should have become painfully obvious who "The Crown" is. It's not that de facto monarch that has been impotent since her "coronation". The statue Law revision act of 1893 repealed sec 2 of the BNA act legally removing the monarch from Canada.There has been no Queen since Victoria and the "Crown" is a corporate banking entity.

I do know Canada Vivtoria removed the enacting clause of the BNA act with the passing of the Staute Law Revision Act 1893. In that statute removal of Sec2 of the BNA act, legally removed the Monarch from Canada. So as I say she is your Monarch, not mine. I don't know who or what "Canada Victoria" is or was but I think you ought to know that the 'Statute Law Revision Act, 1893, 56-57 Vict., c. 14 (U.K.)' is a British Act of Parliament, not Canadian. Furthermore the 'Vict' in the title refers to your Monarch, Queen Victoria, and not some place in Canada. The clue to the source legislations is given in brackets '(U.K.)' I hope that helps you in your future 'research'.

So in section 3 it says nothing about heirs or successions only the Queen and how these other bureaucrats interact with her (Victoria)

Just gonna say the old lady who was trampled, an Elder, had her clavicle broken and a few bumps and aches. She was not killed. The other person knocked down with her was ok. Not to be kind, but horses really don't like stepping on people even if they are spooked. What bothered me was the media claiming a bike had been thrown at the beast. Untrue. The freedom convoy movement in Canada came out of small Christian groups in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. They were the backbone of the freedom rallies in Vancouver since the lockdowns began in 2020, and are the real organizers. They started the whole thing. They continue to organize the huge weekend vehicle convoys if BC in support of the truckers in Ottawa.
The Ottawa convoy has awakened millions of people everywhere to the fact that the lockdowns, masks and vaccines were never necessary for anyone and obviously have done far more harms than any good. Various opportunists have now run out in front of the parade to take credit and obviously to divert the cause for other interests. The best spokespeople I have heard are some of the truckers in Ottawa who are taking the real risks and making the greatest sacrifices, and not people selected by some fund raising group that starts to wield its influence with all of the money coming from the grass roots, such as Go Fund Me, and then appoint useless controlled-opposition fakes such as a homo-rights activist, a wimp, or an Obama retread. I think these losers are high jacking the movement and that none of them have the resolve to lead the truckers to stay there and to get more truckers and truthers to join in the boycott of the capital until the mandates actually go.
The massive weekend vehicle convoys throughout BC in support of the truckers in Ottawa have nothing with the flakes in the capital including these non-truckers, and phonies who appear there to divert and are likely controlled opposition.
The MP’s of all parties who come out to the truckers to “negotiate” say nothing more than, “You have made your point. Now be good little children and go home, and you can trust us to fight for you.” They sat on their fat arses from the beginning of the lockdowns in 2020, doing nothing but obeying the top-down commands of the money power behind the entire plandemic, while ignoring the truth and the best interests of the people. They supported the imposition of all of the mandates, just like all of our provincial representatives, and when they return to the legislatures they all sit there in their stupid, stupid masks signaling to their control-freak masters how compliant they are. If they want to help, the first thing they can do is take off their bloody masks and start raising hell and demanding an end to all of the insane mandates.
