Because this weekend’s round-table was so good , I did listen twice, and remembered BB9 and others were pondering weather modification , and where they can get more info. Hope this finds one of them since it may help.
I hate to beat this dead horse once again , but the go to guy regarding that subject is Dutchsinse.
If you may remember, he was the one that discovered while doing a live stream the “laser beams”,DEW, coming from Malheure National Forest ,(gold,uranium mining) feeding the Cali Wild fires..

“On September 8, 2020, Dutchsinse detected on NEXLAB Satellite and Radar a mysterious beam shooting from California to Malheur National Refuge.
One day later, on September 9 another beam has been detected in a different location coming down from outer space – out above the ocean off the coast of California. With the wild-land fires already burning in Western Oregon now this beam going directly into a new fire that just started in Oregon.
In the second video, a flash can been seen to the right of the beam origin point out in the ocean West of California, Then.. the beam suddenly shuts off. This proves its not the fire causing a reflection since the fire keeps going just as bright even after the beam suddenly shuts off.
According to Dutchsinse: Someone decided to try to censor or hide the beam.. putting a black line of censorship over the beam in the hopes to make it “disappear” into the background. See short color enhanced version of what has happened on September 9, 2020.

He only does live streams on twitch and the best of my knowledge no replays. Its known he has had a few taps on the shoulder and for sure the USGS hates him
I did catch him as it was happening or the morning after doing a deep dive on the St.Louis storm. He lives in the burbs of St.Louis. Maybe Reyvolt has had a cold one with him ??
He showed,which seemed quite obvious ,how it was the Dopler Radar that is used to fuel these storms.
Each time a cluster would go near the Doppler radar, the storm would explode afterward . He had same presentation during the Kentucky storms last year live. That was quite a treat. If you view, make sure you follow his directions regarding settings of the COD site around 14:00

Only thing you might disagree with is his comments regarding “some people” who had a run in with .gov though it wouldnt shock me if he was misdirecting.
