Heard the same by Gagary on Spingola about three years ago, the attack wasn't a false flag attempt to sink the ship because the Israelis used napalm and machine guns, no mention of the TORPEDOS, one of which hit and passed through but failed to detonate.

@BillyBob, thanks for the link. Gahary runs interference very well for the Israelis. He left out information that I provided him. I see I gave it to the wrong person. According to a radar man on the AWAC launched from the USS America there were three nuclear armed planes [two jets and a bomber headed straight toward Cairo. Suddenly they were diverted to Rota to disarm before returning to the ship. I talked to that radar man at a gun show where I sell my targets with the footers Remember the USS Liberty.
At another guns how I talked to a submariner that was on the US submarine in the vicinity. He said the Russian submarine raised its periscope above the water just as the Israelis were about to ladder down and finish off the Liberty crew. The Israelis suddenly abandoned the attack when they saw that Russia, which would've been obligated to to respond to the US nuclear attack on Cairo was witnessing the attack. Gahary said a submarine would never give away its position like that. I told him this is what I was told and this was an extraordinary, desparate situation.
I'm glad Gaddy was confronting him. Was this what made Gaddy a threat to Gahary's media kingdom? LMAO. Dave, not everyone you're dealing is an idiot.

Gahary settled with Pozner, the guy who sued him -- it was a civil suit, not a criminal case.
In retrospect perhaps Fetzer should have settled also -- instead he went to trial, where he was blindsided by a summary judgment and then a jury absurdly awarded Pozner $450k in damages -- having exhausted his appeals in WI, now Fetzer is waiting to find out if SCOTUS will hear is case (a longshot, to say the least).
