Virologists, "We have vaccines we have been working on for over a decade in anticipation of this. We just need a bit of time to fine tune then to this strain."

Interesting show. X Files like, even the main characters acting similar to Scully. The first scene mentions a global pandemic cause by a SARS like virus, but 2005 was just after SARS 1. Later she mentions a few global crisis scenarios. Im few episodes in. Its streaming on "hd today daat r u". Thanks for posting zap
Mainly the lucas pegg character. The actors voice isnt naturally high pitched. Hes also a musician and prolific tv show character actor. The main actor lady seems to be doing her best Daina Scully for this role. I like the show so far. I also think space travel beyond our solar system wont be done with biological beings. Maybe we send robots that we control via quantum computers. Even light based comms would be too slow and get distorted. Few shows or scientists explore these concepts. Biological aliens seem silly to me. We prolly wont even be biological in 100 to 200 years
