I lived in Antwerp for a while, and there is a sizeable Hasidic community in the Diamond Quarter there... they are a fkn weird bunch, for sure.
They got into XTC, coke and organ trafficking after the bottom fell out of the diamond racket, using the same international networks... and probably worse, a significant number of kids and young women used to just disappear, I noticed, you'd see 'missing' posters up in the train stations etc.
