I posted it in SFR telegram too and Dave Gahary answered me already it is true, he knew MCP pretty good and did alot interviews, so i trust Dave and therefor Mark Weber is a PoS who took millions todo jews work.
Its an old drama long forgotten and now Mark Weber gets praised as the new hero, not from me.
Who can you even trust fully over the internet, even in person you can fail and be deceived, sure i never trust anyone, the humans i trusted are all dead, my family is gone, the trust with them. But i believe Gahary on this story with Piper and Weber, but i see already i better shut up about these old dramas, at best it gets be banned where i mention it.
Regarding the reasons for the attempted Spanish invasion of England; there was also the small matter of Elizabeth's privateers plundering the Spanish gold en route from Mexico.
