My take on it:
First off what does save the climate even mean?
In any case, to save the planet he should incentivise becoming vegan, mandate permits for breathing and farting, pretend that there is a pandemic affecting livestock so he can destroy the meat industry and once people are at death's door, let them kill their pets and die in peace.
Once there are enough decaying corpses, the gases should be collected to produce electricity for the cars and the rest should be turned into Soylent green.
I so wish that tezzer was here because he would have written endless paragraphs of funny shit. LOL
