Jeff talked about a "bio superfood" during his visit with Mitchell Henderson. I tried taking that stuff with two orders of it. Didn't do me a bit of good. The stuff is pretty expensive so if Jeff is taking 6 capsules p/day he's either spending a lot of money on it, or he's getting it for free.

recent year or so I got into these "green whole superfood powders" @ amazon & elsewhere.

Dizzying choices, so I shop mostly price, which you can get down to near ~$1/oz in the larger sized units (think, >32 ozs) of the lower price brands. They mostly tout the ~same cocktail of organic green veggies & algae 'superfoods' which is why I go straight for price + respectable #reviews/rating. The spendy brands in the small ~8oz sizes can be >$8/oz, which sounds pretty BS to me.
