I feel the same way. I barely go out anymore just so I can avoid dealing with the idiots. When I'm in a good mood it's OK because it's like watching an absurdly funny show but if I'm not particularly cheery it just greatly angers me.

I had to 'make an appointment' by phone for a walk-in barber shop; I was then sent a text telling me to prepare to wear a mask and have my temperature taken upon entering the barber shop.
Understandably, I was livid! To think this is only going to get worse. We almost can't help but take it out on those we immediately encounter; which is what they want. Also, now I'm 100% convinced there's something suspicious about nextdoor.com. I finally posted on there b/c I couldn't stand it when some guy was thinking about calling the police on a neighbor because some kids had a party and were not social distancing. I didn't want to say too much (since most are braindead), so I posted something like "I'm not scared of the virus, I'm far more worried about the consequences of deliberately destroying the economy." Please use the terms “coronavirus” or “COVID-19” when referring to the virus."--Now why would a neighborhood info swapping site want me to site my sources?
