In other words, it never happened. I find it interesting that Israel is not a member of the ICC. This cannot be because they don't want to belong ~ they obviously don't or they would already. Why is this? What purpose does it serve? Slippery escapes like this one perhaps, an ability to avoid responsibility for criminal actions perhaps?
It will be interesting to hear what Ken O'Keefe has to say about this. Stay tuned....
