That is very interesting. I have never heard THEM actually say "United States Corporation" like that before.

Me either. You can thank Chainsawmillerman for posting it in the chat.

So what.

He is the head of the executive branch of the government. He literally is the chief executive officer.

And the country is NOTHING MORE than the incorporation or coming together of indivividuals, townships, counties and states.

If countries and states and counties and cities and boroughs were not corporations to whom would we pay our taxes? Individuals? And would we sue these individuals when we tripped over a paving stone, or our car was swallowed by a sinkhole, or their air force bombed our wedding? And how would 'we' have paving stones, roads and air forces if we didn't somehow co-operate and incorporate?

Truthers are hung up on the word 'corporate' and it makes no sense at all, except when you figure the Mises influence on the Bircher movement and the anti-Nazi impetus. Ignorant ideas about Fascism meaning Big Business running government.

Alex Jones seeded terms like corporate, shill and fascist in this broad 'truther' movement in a way that has corrupted the meanings of these terms for fully a decade and a half after we were first listening to him.

And God only knows what 'de facto' is imagined to mean here. I guess someone just thought it sounded clever.

They are all corporations. Your garbled 'freeman' gibberish is self-contradictory.

Hey Chainsaw. Can you get in your chatango account? I want to send you a PM. (No it's not Justin Trudeau) LOL

Nobody who comes forms a legal corporation becomes independent of the USG or any other government, and I didn't imply that. You're clouded by the rote rhetoric you've been indoctrinated to repeat to others as it was rote repeated to you.

These organisations, towns, cities, counties, states, and countries are corporations, that is legal entities formed by people coming together and registering their controlling interest, in this case over a certain geographic area. Sometimes it's an enterprise or a charity or an amateur sports club. That's what a corporation is. Incorporation is the process of doing so. That's the legal definition; the normally understood definition; the only definition outside of misled conspiracy subcultures.

I don't care at all that the US is a corporation, essentially a land-trust, controlled by the American people for their own interests commercial and social and individual. Your issue is your hirelings' mismanagement and betrayal of this project.

I know something that you people, most likely, do know, but, just in-case some of you do not, here it is:

all of that land that is called "national-preserves", and "national-parks", IS ACTUALLY LAND THAT IS COLLATERAL FOR DEBTS TO FOREIGN-NATIONS...

Just IMAGINE if the commoner, TRULY, understood-the-significance-of-that fact.

said, how could it not be? In just the sense that your own individual property is subject for transfer to creditors should YOU default, lands held in the national trust are subject to the same process. Recently Greek islands were sold to private investors when *they* made Greece go bust.

None of this either controversial or surprising to any reasonable reader. It gets talked up as arcane and mysterious to people who don't know already how states and localities and other corporations must and do relate to one another quite openly.

The rest not necessarily directed to said, but at anyone FMOTL/SC minded ...

This whole subschool of conspiracy culture is an op that operates as 1) a fruitless rabbit-hole that only lands you up in jail if you push it too far; 2) a turn-off for the higher IQ people any movement needs because it's so obviously bogus, 3) a diversion from the relevant disruptive questions: who/whom? (Us vs Jews) toward an elite-manageable one, what/which? (individual vs corporation).

And it's also self-perpetuating because every few years a new morph emerges where a fella thinks he's got the Great Keycode that will finally set us all free, and he makes a ton of dosh selling videos and books, but a new generation of innocent lambs only get sheared. Meanwhile the real world doesn't change - from Mary Elizabeth Croft to Winston Shrout to John Harris. The self-perpetuating-ness of the liberal/conservative managed dialectic is a model for so much of our culture. Compound interest culturalized.

Look, be as libertarian as you want to be; be against all forms of government; opt out altogether of society and move if you can't abide the status quo. But don't believe gibberish and never talk gibberish in court.
