Its telling how Sunstein likes to (using his hand through body language) turn the screw, as if through his explanation he is fiddling or tightening the screw or loosening it. It's quite telling. This is one of the demons let loose in our society to fuck with the societal mind and is I'm sure, inspired by another demon, Edward Bernays. This CFR talk as dull as it may seem is pretty interesting in my opinion.
